​For those entering the workforce for the first time or those who are re-entering the workforce after time away for any reason, Afterburner Dental Technologies is committed to your professional growth and workforce integration. COMPUTER ASSISTED DESIGN (CAD) DRAFTERS

Responsibilities

  • Design large amounts of inbound CAD files in a timely manner
  • Follow corporate guidelines and training when developing CAD
  • Identify patient needs, clarify information, address issue and provide digital solution
  • Seize opportunities to advance when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage team members by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records updated for all CAD and databases in line with company requirements
  • Frequently attend seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

  • Passion to improve personal performance and over-achieving
  • Previous experience using CAD or Graphic Design programs 
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with basic business operations, functions, systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to work with different personality types
  • Ability to stay on task, manage priorities and manage personal time efficiently
  • (Ideal but not required) Studied or Graduate CAD Drafter
  • Must have completed 10th Standard
  • Able to Work in Shifts
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Exceptional Hygiene
  • Fluent Hindi Speaking Skill
  • Basic English Speaking/ Writing Skills
